My name is Jessica Lynn Taylor, founder of Just Living Today, LLC. I am a coach and counselor specializing in the areas of family and relationship development. My passion is facilitating contentment and peace to families in crisis.

Below you can find answers to frequently asked questions about our services, methods and products.

What training do you have that makes you a Relationship and Family Expert?

First let me say that I love education, and I am always trying to find ways to create better paths to learning. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development from Warner Pacific College, in Portland, Oregon. I went on to earn my Master’s degree from Liberty University in Human Services with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Studies. I completed my Certified Professional Coaching training at The Center for Coach Training in 2009.  In 2012, I completed a Ph. D. in Christian Counseling.

Formal education aside, I am the oldest of five children, I work at my local church with youth, and I am happily married to a devoted husband. My husband and I have two beautiful daughters and our favorite place to be in together as a family!

Who can benefit from relationship coaching?

Everyone who lives, works, and relates with other people. We are connected beings by nature and can use assistance making the best of the many relationships we face each day.

What sets you apart from other parenting and relationship coaches?

I am passionate about restoring relationships and families. I encourage my clients to dig deeper into their issues, rather than remaining at the surface of the matter. Through deep, holistic searching we can partner together to find what is at the root of the relational weaknesses you are experiencing. I encourage personal growth and accountability as the most powerful catalyst for change. We are all part of a larger system and creating healthy parts in each system can't help but improve outcomes for the whole.

How will we work together?

I am available to work in person or via telephone with clients for approximately one hour per session. During these calls or appointments we check in, create action steps and review current goals. I can also make arrangements to work with you or your family in person at my office in Gresham, Oregon.

What results can I expect?

You can expect to get the results that you are willing to create. Results are truly up to you, as the client. I will provide structure and support as well as timely action steps and accountability. You will be able to set the pace for your coaching as well as set goals, starting at your first session. We will constantly be working on moving your forward, not just focusing on what is not working.

What is my investment for this service?

Your monetary investment depends on several factors in your personal coaching package. We offer three and six month packages with various meeting arrangements. We also offer one-day planning intensive sessions for your convenience. After you have had your initial complementary consultation, we will provide you with the package options that might best suit your needs or we will create something unique that works for you and your family budget. We also offer adolescent, military and student discounts upon request.

I am ready to take the next step. Where can I get more information?

Call or e-mail us and let us know that you would like to set up a complimentary coaching consultation. Please indicate some general times that work for your schedule and we will contact you with at least three scheduling options.

Please see our contact page to get in touch with us or even schedule a consultation right now.

If I’m not sure about the coaching process, can I still contact you with questions?

Yes, of course. We are here to answer any questions and concerns you may have. We also have a number of alternative resources. So if we are not a great fit for your needs, we will help you find a coaching service that suits your situation.
